How does the credit system work?

Credits are the unit of consumption in the platform. They are used when the AI performs work on your behalf, such as generating a classification, running an audit, or analyzing tariffs.

Key points:

• Credits are only charged for AI-generated work. If you manually enter a product or import classifications you already have, no credits are consumed.
• Every action that costs credits is clearly labeled with a small AI icon and the number of credits it will use, before you confirm. You will never be charged without seeing the cost upfront.
• Uploading attachments and documents to a product record is free - credits only apply to AI processing actions.
