The platform accepts Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files for bulk product uploads.
You do not need to reformat your file to match a specific template. The AI will interpret the column structure automatically as long as the following minimum fields are present:

| Customer name | The name of the customer or client the product belongs to. |
| Product name | The name or part number of the product. |
| Country of origin | The country the product is manufactured in or ships from. |
| Product description | A text description of the product. |
Including additional fields (e.g., existing HTS codes, SKUs, part numbers, URLs) will improve results and allow the platform to recognize previously classified items.
